I'm an urban planner currently working in transit. I have expertise in climate planning, transit systems, and energy policy. My published work explores critical issues in equity planning and energy democracy. At the core of my work is a belief in the potential of thoughtful planning to shape more just, resilient, and connected communities. I'm especially interested in how planners use their tools in supporting climate action, civic engagement, and equitable public infrastructure.Having lived in Boston, Providence, and Portland, I'm proud to call Detroit home.
